So im getting the winter beater ready for winter by rain-x'ing all of the windows inside and out. Now when I waxed and polished it over the summer, I got some wax on a lot of the trim (I was being careless) and it of course dried up and wouldnt come off with anything. I tried different car washes, scrubbing, covering it up by using peanut oil, trim oil, etc. etc. Well like I said I was almost done putting the rain-x on and thought I'd go over a few of the dried up wax spots on the trim just for shits and giggles. Voila! Wax came right off and it's been a few days and it hasnt come back. Im going to go over the whole car once again but thought I would share this little tip with the forum. This is the rain-x I used.
